Smart mobility and traffic analysis and control system.
The Smart City Manager responds to the current mobility and sustainability challenges of smart cities. The goal is for smart cities to have the most advanced tools with big data technology, blockchain and artificial intelligence algorithms to predict the mobility of vehicles, detect anomalous situations, make decisions and evaluate their impact within ‘a secure environment and aligned with data protection law.
To do this, Internet of Things data from traffic cameras will be anonymized, mined and enriched with other context information.
Eurecat participates in the Smart City Manager project through its Big Data & Data Science Unit, in charge of developing vehicle classification, traffic prediction and traffic anomaly detection algorithms, and the IT&OT Security Unit, which deals with secure and immutable recording of logs and electronic evidence based on blockchain technology.
