Leila Panahi, Industrial Researcher from ALBA Synchrotron, and Martin Børstad Eriksen, Applied AI Research Scientist from the Port d’Informació Científica (PIC), participated in the 3rd Conference on Advanced Materials in Spain (AMatS 2024), held on November 12th-14th in Valladolid.

During a poster exhibition session, they presented a couple of works based on Sup3rForm research. In particular, Leila Panahi showcased the poster “The microstructure and phase composition study of 3rd generation Medium Mn steel”, which investigates the microstructure and morphology of MMn steel by combination of X-ray diffraction and electron diffraction using advanced Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy (4D-STEM) techniques.
