The main objective of the GERAR project is the development and evaluation of innovative, integrated health services for patients with rare illnesses, supported by intelligent ICT and network solutions. The use case of patients with PAH AND CTEPH will be considered as a starting point and the results will undergo in-depth analysis in order to adapt the proposed solution to another four, rare, pneumological and neurological illnesses: diffuse interstitial pulmonary disease (DIPD), cystic fibrosis (CF), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and multiple sclerosis (MS). Kairos, intelligent systems for river basin supply management A decision support web platform (DSS) based on cloud services (SaaS), which, from a holistic perspective, facilitates the improvement of the decision-making process in the daily supply management of water resources. The project consists of the development of an integrated telemedicine system to manage patients with OSA syndrome. The system consists of a Web application, artificial intelligence algorithms and data mining as well as a mobile App Web 2.0 (MyOSA). Thanks to the online analysis of the data collected during the sleep, patients can make a continuous and systematic monitoring of their disease and the adherence.
