GEOMOVE

2020-08-06T14:56:06+02:00

Robots are being highly used nowadays for goods transportation in warehouses and logistic scenarios. In some of them, such as in the aeronautic industry, the weight of the components require powerful AGVs to accomplish the task. Moreover the dimension of some components require more than one robot to carry out the task, such as, for example, the transportation of an airplane wing. Current commercial solutions accomplish this by mechanically attaching two robots. However, this somehow limits the size of the object that can be transported. In GEOMOVE project, we have gone beyond the state of the art to develop a wireless cooperative transportation [...]

MAIC

A food processor with an accessible interface, specially tailored for the elderly, will encourage them to self-care, accordingly to their particular nutrition requirements, and a social network focused on the topic of healthy aging and eating, will become a tool to motivate them to be active and maintaining existing social relationships and creating new ones. ChefMySelf will support elderly in developing culturally appropriate guidelines [...]

PREMIA

2019-09-03T07:08:54+02:00

PREMIA will develop a system that allows for the combination of next generation sensory devices and platforms, focusing on the need to keep the cost of these devices down in order to have widespread market penetration. The user becomes the focus of the solution: while the artificial intelligence provides advanced data analysis to achieve greater energy-saving impacts, it also attempts to promote the active role of the user in achieving a lasting change in consumption habits through the completion of challenges and incentives. It is a collaborative project financed by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness [...]

UNIKO

2020-05-18T11:32:44+02:00

The main objective of UNIKO is an innovative social research assistance platform that allows for increased research efficiency, providing the researchers with a tool that facilitates the search for and processing of entry data, covering all possible sources: from other research projects to direct feedback from the people that make up society in general or the research community. One of the most important aspects of the project is the development of a new, more extensive, information search system that will allow for the identification of not only bibliographic sources, but also other data sources that analyse relationships [...]

OTbio Identity
